Shally Jannif

Shally Jannif is a senior executive, CPA, and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) with 18+ years of experience across telecommunications, finance, and strategy in the Pacific.

As Regional CEO of Digicel Pacific, she held full P&L accountability across five sovereign markets — Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Vanuatu, and Nauru — leading a team of 1,200 people. She played a pivotal role in delivering the US$1.8 billion acquisition of Digicel Pacific by Telstra, one of the largest corporate transactions in Pacific history, and led the post-acquisition integration through to full target delivery.

Her career began at PwC Fiji, progressing through Financial Controller, CFO, and regional executive roles over more than a decade in senior leadership. She has served as Board Director across four Pacific markets and is recognised as a leading voice in Pacific business leadership.
